In Specialcontainer.dk, we have built up a fleet of DNV 2.7-1 offshore containers and chain slings, which are not only for sale, but also ready for rental. At the same time, we have been in the offshore container business for a long time and have a network among customers and partners with other types of rental units available, such as skips, workshops, and many more types.
Among our offshore containers are brand new units if you specifically need a presentable product, but also very used equipment if you need a product that does not have to be returned in similar condition as it was delivered. In addition to standard DNV 2.7-1 units as the well known 8′, 10′ and 20′ containers, we have containers approved for the Norwegian sector, as well as we aim to have special types that is not seen elsewhere.
For example, the space in an 8′ or 10′ offshore container is sometimes too limited. On the other hand it might be difficult to squeeze a 20′ container into the available area offshore. That is why we have special products, like our 14′ extra high offshore container. It is barely 4.3 meters long and it’s length is thus right in the middle of a 10′ and a 20′. The container comes fully prepared to comply with Norsok and complete with chain sling. And, naturally, it is certified by DNV.
